Plans, billing and invoices
What each plan includes, buying more credits, and managing your card, invoices and plan.

The plans
- Free: 450 credits to start, the Quick and Studio levels, and every export.
- Starter: $19 a month, with 3,000 credits every month.
- Pro: $49 a month, with 12,000 credits every month.
- Team: $89 a person a month, with 25,000 credits a person in a shared pool. See Design with your team.
Every plan can be paid yearly for two months free. Yearly plans still get their credits every month. Plan credits don't carry over to the next month. Paid plans add the Signature and Atelier levels. Full details are on the pricing page.
Buy more credits
A top-up is $10 for 1,500 credits, on any plan. Bought credits never expire, and they're used after your monthly credits. On the free plan, buying a top-up also unlocks Signature and Atelier. If you run out mid-design, Tappy offers a top-up or a plan, and your design is kept until you continue.
Your card, invoices and plan
Everything about paying is in Settings → Billing.
- Adjust plan switches between Starter and Pro, or between monthly and yearly.
- Update changes your card, on Stripe's secure page.
- Invoices lists every payment, with a PDF for each.
- Cancel plan stops renewal. Your plan stays until the end of the period you've paid for, and credits you bought stay. Changed your mind? Press Keep plan.
Payments are handled by Stripe, and receipts come from Link, Stripe's checkout. To ask for a refund of unused credits, see our refund policy.
